  20.     Um, just what has that problem to do with Kermit? It's the modem
  21. which has to deal with the telco line and answer the phone etc. My only
  22. recommendation is to check the configuration of the modem one more time
  23. with the manual in hand, and if things still fail then contact Hayes.
